Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
