It combines a 25mm MDPE wall flange, a 20mm MDPE tee and a ¾" BSP lever valve in one ready-to-use package, enabling quick surface mounting and neat branch connections with minimal fuss. Specifications and practical notes

MDPE PN10 pipe fittings are engineered to withstand up to 10 bar (approximately 145 psi) under normal conditions, providing a reliable basis for domestic and light commercial piping. The kit is designed for MDPE pipe sizes 25 mm (main) and 20 mm (branch) as described above.

Please note: this kit is not supplied with PTFE tape. PTFE tape should be purchased separately to seal BSP threaded connections if required by your installation guidelines.

Tips for use on site
  • Cut MDPE pipes square and deburr ends before assembly to achieve the best seal with compression fittings.
  • Clean fittings before assembly to prevent debris from affecting the seal.
  • Follow standard practice for BSP thread sealing; apply PTFE tape to threaded connections if recommended by your site standards and ensure a firm but careful tighten.
  • After assembly, check for leaks using a soap‑bubble test or appropriate industry method.
