Wall Flange Kit 20mm MDPE with Lever Valve & 25mm MDPE Tee Outlet is a ready-made external tap connection for MDPE pipework. Designed for tradespeople fitting water supply lines, it combines a wall flange, a 25mm MDPE tee and a lever valve to provide quick, controlled access from the pipe to an outside outlet.

The kit includes: 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 20mm – ½” BSP (MDPEWF20-12BSPF); 1 x MDPE Tee 25mm – ½” BSP (MDPETEE25-12BSPM); 1 x Lever Valve (BRVALVE12BSPM-F). These MDPE fittings are intended for MDPE pipe connections and use compression connections to create a tight, leak-free seal without the need for specialist equipment.

Technical details to note: the MDPE PN10 pipe fittings are engineered to withstand up to 10 bar (approximately 145 psi), making them suitable for typical domestic water supply and irrigation duties. The wall flange provides a secure outlet connection to a flat surface, while the 25mm tee enables a 90-degree branch from the main run. The BSP threads on each component align with standard ½” BSP fittings, ensuring straightforward compatibility with common MDPE and external tap setups.

The valve component is a brass, nickel-plated lever valve with BSPM-F threading, delivering smooth, on/off control for external taps or outlets. The nickel-plated finish offers additional protection against tarnish and wear in outdoor environments, helping to extend service life in exposed locations.

Application-wise, this kit is well suited for connecting MDPE pipe to external water outlets, such as garden taps, irrigation points, or where an external supply feed is required. Please note the kit is not sold with PTFE tape; if required, tape must be purchased separately.
