Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 1200mm x 1200mm

Kingspan Thermaroof TR27 is a premium flat roof insulation board made from high-performance rigid PIR foam. Designed for use under mechanically fixed single-ply waterproofing, mastic asphalt, bitumen-based and cold liquid-applied systems, it achieves a low thermal conductivity of as low as 0.024 W/m·K. Lightweight and easy to cut, it simplifies installation while supporting compliance with Part L and BREEAM requirements. The boards are available in thicknesses ranging from 25mm to 150mm and each 1200mm x 600mm unit provides a compact coverage of 0.72m². Average board weight varies by thickness, with a 100mm board weighing approximately 3.6kg (3600g).
