IBC 2” S60X6 Cap with 20mm MDPE Elbow

An end-cap kit for 2" IBCs that seals the outlet and provides a neat 90-degree MDPE connection. Built for tradespeople handling liquid transfers, it combines a durable cap with an MDPE elbow for straightforward piping. Includes 1 x IBC S60X6 Cap with ¾" BSPF and 1 x MDPE Elbow ¾" BSP – 20mm. The end cap features a built-in BSPF thread for direct compatibility with BSP fittings, delivering a secure, leak-free seal. The end cap is made from robust plastic, designed to resist impact and environmental exposure on-site. The built-in BSPF thread accepts ¾" BSP fittings, while the MDPE elbow provides a 90° direction change for 20mm MDPE piping. MDPE PN10 fittings are rated to withstand up to 10 bar (approximately 145 psi) and are resistant to corrosion from many chemicals and acids. MDPE fittings use threaded compression connections that seal without special tools, reducing installation time. Note: PTFE tape may be required to create a watertight seal on the thread; tape is sold separately. Best used when you need to terminate an IBC outlet and redirect flow into small-diameter piping for rainwater harvesting, irrigation, or temporary liquid transfers. It provides a practical, low-cost solution for secure containment and simple maintenance.
